Casa Hotel Lago Titicaca - Puno

Good location, clean facilities, helpful staff. The hotel was conveniently located near my business meetings. The facilities were spotless, which I appreciated. The staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Worst aspects – Inconvenient lock system, uncomfortable room. Unfortunately, the hotel's lock system was inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location near the railway station to Cusco. The attention to detail in the clean and neat rooms is impressive.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas trip. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room and the facilities were new and well-maintained.

The lack of heating in the room made it uncomfortably cold during the night, and we were disappointed that we were not given a key to the building, making it difficult to leave and enter freely. there was no common area for us to relax and socialize with other guests.
